The Opportunity
Boost Home Healthcare is a Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited agency in Brookline. We are looking for one exceptional PTA to join our ground-floor team. If you want supplemental income without the red tape of a large corporation, this role is built for you.
Work where you want:
Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Quincy, and Milton.

Why Boost?
  • True Flexibility: No quotas. Tell us your availability; we match the visits.
  • Direct Access: Work directly with the PT and Director of Nursing, not layers of management.
  • Transparent Pay: Published per-visit rates ($45-$55) plus travel reimbursement.
  • Clinical Integrity: Solid infrastructure with a small-team, "ground floor" feel.
What you'll be doing:
  • Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in the patient's home as delegated by and under the supervision of the supervising Physical Therapist and plan of care
  • Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
  • Complete visit documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicare, ACHC, and agency policies
  • Communicate patient progress, changes in status, and any clinical concerns to the supervising PT promptly
  • Participate in care coordination with the clinical team and patient's physician as needed
What we're looking for:
  • Active Massachusetts PTA license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • 1+ year of home health or outpatient/rehab experience preferred; strong new grads considered
  • CPR/BLS certification (Healthcare Provider level)
  • Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insurance
  • Available for at least 2-4 visits per week (flexible on timing)
Apply today-we respond to every application within 24 hours.
