You'll assist throughout different phases of the project while helping maintain safe, organized, and productive jobsites.This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or restoration experience who wants to continue developing their skills while working on larger and more complex projects.ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the Foreman and project team to complete restoration and construction projectsAssist with site preparation, construction, and project cleanupPerform assigned construction and restoration tasks safely and efficientlyAssist with framing, trim, flooring, doors, and other construction work as neededSet up, operate, clean, and maintain tools and equipmentKeep jobsites clean, safe, and organizedHelp stage and move materials and equipmentMaintain company tools, equipment, and vehiclesCommunicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisorsLearn new restoration and construction skills through hands-on experience and trainingTake initiative and help the team keep projects movingRequirementsValid Driver's LicenseConstruction or restoration experience preferredExperience using basic hand and power toolsWillingness to learn new construction and restoration skillsAbility to perform physically demanding work safely and efficientlyAbility to lift 50+ poundsDependable, punctual, and ready to workStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to follow direction and work effectively as part of a teamCommitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer careBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on skill level & experienceOvertime opportunitiesWeekly payPaid HolidaysPaid PTO & VacationMonthly Medical ReimbursementRetirement Plan with Employer MatchOpportunities for training and advancement within a growing companyJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In PersonWhy Boone Restoration?At Boone Restoration, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects while continuing to develop your construction and restoration skills.
