Bonsai Leadership Group LLC is assisting Flow Water Advocates in their search for an Executive Director. This role requires a strategic leader who is committed to freshwater protection and has extensive nonprofit leadership experience.

The Executive Director will play a critical role in guiding Flow’s mission, leading fundraising efforts, and representing the organization within the Great Lakes region. Key responsibilities include public advocacy, legal strategy formulation, and team leadership.

Compensation starts at $150,000 annually, with excellent benefits including health insurance and generous leave policies.
