Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on each patient's unique situation and mental health needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and provide a safe space for patients while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize technology effectively to document patient interactions and treatment plans in the EHR system.
  • Regularly review and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal patient outcomes and address any changing circumstances.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, community organizations, and support services to enhance the continuum of care for patients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will encompass a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and family conflict resolution. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling, with a focus on mental health.
  • A valid and active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience providing mental health counseling and diagnostic assessments to individuals across the lifespan.
  • Strong ability to collaborate as a team member and engage in interprofessional communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication, essential for client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, and families is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
