We are seeking an experienced, reliable Property Manager to oversee Class A office and retail properties located in Lutz, Florida. Responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day property operationsCoordinating maintenance, repairs, vendorsCommunicating with tenants and addressing concernsMonitoring leases, rent collection and tenant complianceConducting property walk-throughs at least 2 - 3 times weeklyMonitor building systems and oversee overall site conditionsManaging budgets, expenses, and property recordsEnsuring properties are clean, safe, and well maintainedLiaison with Property Owner’s Association (POA) Ideal Candidate:Previous commercial property management experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsProfessional, dependable and proactiveKnowledge of office and retail operationsAbility to manage multiple properties and prioritiesThis is an Independent Contractor position.
