Key Responsibilities

A successful Occupational Therapist at Body and Spine PT will perform a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Evaluate & Assess Patients: Conduct thorough assessments to ascertain patients' functional levels and rehabilitation needs, tailoring interventions accordingly.
• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at improving strength, coordination, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Implement Effective Interventions: Use adaptive techniques and therapeutic exercises to boost independence in daily tasks, ensuring approaches are suited to each patient’s specific conditions.
• Educate & Train: Provide training sessions for patients and caregivers on necessary rehabilitation strategies and safety practices, ensuring they feel informed and empowered during recovery.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside a dedicated team of physical therapists, speech therapists, and medical professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and any relevant communication in compliance with required regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Occupational Therapist, you will primarily serve an outpatient population. Our patients vary widely in age and conditions, from those recovering from injuries to individuals managing chronic disabilities. Qualifications

All candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits
