Boden Talent are currently partnering with a leading global facilities management provider to recruit a Facilities Manager for a large manufacturing and production facility in Cumberland, WI.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a single-site operation, leading day-to-day facilities management for a critical manufacturing environment. You'll manage a small onsite team, build strong relationships with client stakeholders, oversee service delivery and contractors, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall facilities operation for a large manufacturing site.
• Manage and develop a small onsite facilities and engineering team.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Manage specialist contractors and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Take ownership of operational performance, compliance and health & safety.
• Manage financial performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing facilities within a manufacturing, industrial or production environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing contractors and third-party service providers.
• Commercial awareness with experience overseeing operational budgets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• A proactive approach with a passion for driving operational improvements.
