Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and patient-focused Medical Office Practice Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time W-2 position with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek and an opportunity to grow alongside a developing wellness practice.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a medical office setting and brings a combination of organization, warmth, professionalism, initiative, and genuine care for people.

This person will play an important role in creating the day-to-day rhythm of the practice while also helping ensure that every patient has an exceptional experience.


What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
  • Help create an environment where patients feel comfortable, valued, and supported
  • Oversee and assist with day-to-day medical office operations
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and communication
  • Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Assist with administrative and clinical office tasks as appropriate to training and experience
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, providers, and team members
  • Help keep the practice organized, efficient, and running smoothly
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable privacy and office policies
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative when something needs to be done
  • Help cultivate the culture and patient experience that make Blume Wellness unique
  • Support the continued growth and development of the practice
  • Complete additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and our patients

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a medical office setting required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
  • Comfortable handling confidential patient information
  • Reliable, dependable, and professional
  • A genuine interest in wellness and personalized healthcare is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • $33.00 per hour
  • 40 hours per week guaranteed
  • $68,640 annualized compensation
  • W-2 full-time employment
  • 120 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually
  • PTO available for use after 90 days of employment
  • 6 paid holidays per year
  • Compensation review after 6 months of employment
  • Employee-sponsored health insurance and retirement plan are not currently offered
