About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you'll play a direct role in helping small and medium-sized business owners access the capital they need to grow. You'll work with warm, high-intent leads who are already interested in Bluevine's Line of Credit, guiding them from initial conversation through underwriting and close.
This is an opportunity to own the full sales cycle, build meaningful relationships with business owners, and make a measurable impact on both our customers and Bluevine's growth. You'll thrive here if you're competitive, motivated by results, and energized by a fast-moving sales environment.
As our sales organization continues to scale, you'll also have the opportunity to grow your skills, expand your impact, and build your career alongside it.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage a pipeline of up to 100 prospects in various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Make at least ~ 30 calls and send ~30 emails per day to warm leads and approvals.
  • Become a trusted partner to small business owners, understanding their needs and helping connect them with the Bluevine solutions that best support their business.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including underwriting and operations, to create a seamless experience for prospects and customers.
  • Consistently hit monthly volume, booking rate and cross-sell targets.

  • New college grads or candidates with ~1 year of professional experience.

The compensation range for this role will depend on the level at which a candidate is ultimately brought onto the team. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as skills, experience, and market alignment.
New Hire Base Salary Range: $42,360 - $50,820
New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commission if achieved) Range: $70,600 - $84,700
