Blue Table is a family owned and operated Gourmet Deli / Wine & Cheese Bar / Caterer. We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic cook to join our family. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions, process, & procedures instructed by the kitchen manager
- Follow recipes, read & execute orders
- Basic cooking techniques (chopping, frying, roasting..)
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, mopping floors, taking out trash etc.
- Comply with food safe sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry products necessary, inventory stocking and store merchandising.
