Blue Swan Service is hiring a Plumber – Sales, Service & Installer with a strong emphasis on installation work. If you take pride in doing clean, professional installs (and can confidently explain options to homeowners), you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do (primary focus: installs)

You’ll be responsible for high-quality residential installs including:

• Whole-home repipes
• Sewer line installs/replacements
• Water heater installs (tank and/or tankless)
• Reverse osmosis (RO) systems
• Water treatment systems (softeners/filtration/conditioning)
• Jobsite setup and protection (drop cloths, cleanliness, respect for the home)
• Clear communication with customers: scope, options, timelines, and expectations
• Photo documentation and clean close-out of each job

What we’re looking for

• Proven ability to run installs with minimal supervision, especially repipes and sewer work
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and pride in craftsmanship
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions (no “pressure sales” — just clear options and honest recommendations)
• Professional appearance and respectful customer service

Must-haves (customize as needed)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift/carry typical plumbing equipment/materials
• Ability to work in attics/crawlspaces and outdoor conditions (Vegas heat included)
• Background check / drug screen / clean driving record

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with water treatment/RO brands and installs
• Confident with permits/inspection readiness and clean code-compliant work
• Leadership potential (ability to mentor helpers as we grow)
