Eastern Seaboard regional lanes, 100% no-touch dry van freight, a structured training program for new graduates, and bi-weekly home time you can actually plan around. Here is what the position looks like up close.POSITION OVERVIEWEmployment Type: Full-time regional CDL-ATerritory: Eastern Seaboard regional routesFreight: 100% no-touch dry van — primarily drop and hookWeekly Mileage: Approximately 2,500 miles averageHome Time: Bi-weekly — out approximately 12 days, home approximately 2Shifts: Daytime and nighttime operations per route schedule requirementsCOMPENSATION STRUCTURECPM: $0.55 to $0.65 based on verified experienceWeekly Gross: $1,200 to $1,500 based on experience and mileageStop Pay: $15 per additional stopTrainee Weekly Pay: $650 per week during trainingMonthly Safety Bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident-free driving and fuel efficiency compliancePaid Orientation: $300 — one day at nearest hub locationENTRY LEVEL TRAINING PROGRAMEligibility: Recent CDL graduates with minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school and under 6 months OTR experienceDuration: 4 to 6 weeksFormat: One-on-one structured OTR training with a dedicated company trainerCompensation: $650  per week — guaranteed for full training durationProgression: Supervised evaluations and mentorship prior to solo dispatchGoal: Full transition to solo regional pay upon successful program completionBENEFITS PACKAGE Effective after 30 days of employment:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planLife insurancePaid time offPaid training and orientationPassenger ride-along programPet rider programMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAge: 21 years minimumLicense: Valid Class A CDL in good standingDriving Record: No major accidents, suspensions, or violations within the past 5 yearsDUI: No convictions within the past 5 yearsEmployment: No involuntary termination from most recent positionEmployment History: Stable work history consistent with industry standards — reasonable gaps for training or education will be consideredCriminal History: Certain convictions may disqualify — all records reviewed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirementsPre-Employment Screening: Must pass DOT urine drug test, hair follicle test where required, and background checkCANDIDATE PROFILESafety-focused, punctual, and reliableComfortable with regional OTR schedules and bi-weekly home time cyclesStrong time management and professional communication skillsRecent graduates seeking structured mentorship and experienced drivers preferring predictable consistent lanes are both encouraged to applyNew graduates get a real start.
