Inside Sales / Appointment Setter - Medicare Insurance
Integrity Insurance and Financial Services is seeking a personable, motivated, and organized Inside Sales / Appointment Setter to join our growing Medicare insurance team.

- Contact prospective clients by phone to introduce Integrity Insurance and Financial Services
- Follow up with warm leads and existing inquiries
- Qualify prospects and determine interest in speaking with a licensed insurance agent
- Schedule appointments for licensed Medicare insurance professionals
- Confirm appointment details and help reduce no-shows
- Maintain accurate notes and activity records in the company CRM

Qualifications
- Prior experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, call center work, or phone-based outreach preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
- Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using scripts, CRM systems, and basic computer tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle objections with professionalism and patience
- Experience in insurance, Medicare, healthcare, or financial services is a plus, but not required
