Located in Jackson Township, New Jersey, Blue Moon ABA is a leading provider of transformative ABA services, dedicated to empowering individuals with unique personalities and abilities. As an ABA Recruiter, you will play a vital role in finding, attracting, and hiring qualified ABA professionals, ensuring a pipeline of talented candidates to support our organization's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates through top job boards, including Indeed and LinkedIn
• Conduct video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track applicants in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support credential verification, background checks, and onboarding steps
• Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of recruiting or HR experience (ABA or healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of ABA roles and certification requirements (a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

As an ABA Recruiter with Blue Moon ABA, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
