The Bar Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service at Blue Lake Biergarten a unique outdoor bar environment. Working primarily in single shifts, the Bar Server ensures guests receive prompt and courteous service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve drinks promptly and professionally
• Handle cash transactions with precision
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
• Engage positively with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems
• Proficient in cash handling
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality or food service

We are part of a working Hops Farm, open year-round and feature Michigan Crafted beverages and food. We strive to have a small team with a working knowledge of the Craft Beverages created in Michigan We have campsites on the property and we are in the midst of the Manistee Huron National Forest in Blue Lake Township, Muskegon County.
