Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

At Blue Jay ABA, we are deeply committed to serving our clients with compassion and integrity, while also fostering a positive and empowering workplace for our staff. We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable BTs/RBTs who share our mission to improve the quality of life for individuals with ASD.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA  
  • Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.  
  • Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software 
  • Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs 
  • Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress. 
  • Develop/create teaching materials and visuals 
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions 
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
