Job description

We are in the customer service business first. Providing excellent service to our customers, owners, and vendors is our top priority.

We are seeking someone full of energy, self-driven, highly motivated, and detail-oriented to help manage our growing portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, owners, and vendors
  • Manage commercial and residential rental properties
  • Advertise vacancies and successfully fill units
  • Enforce lease terms and manage renewals
  • Collect rent and maintain accurate records
  • Handle tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and resolutions
  • Coordinate, oversee, and communicate with contractors
  • Approve and manage repair orders per lease guidelines
  • Ensure properties are secure, clean, and well-maintained
  • Oversee grounds and hired personnel
  • Support smooth daily operations and business transactions

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service mindset (this is a must)
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and initiative
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Desire to grow with the company
