Blue Harlan is partnering with an industry-leading distribution organization to identify an exceptional Operations Manager who knows how to build high-performing teams—not just manage warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.

We're looking for someone who can inspire, coach, and develop supervisors while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. You'll be the right hand to the Distribution Center Leader, leading daily operations while motivating teams to achieve exceptional service, productivity, and safety results.

This is more than hitting metrics—it's about building trust, developing leaders, and creating an environment where people want to perform.

Key Responsibillities

• Lead daily distribution center operations across inbound, outbound, fulfillment, and inventory
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline teams
• Foster a positive, accountable culture that drives engagement and performance
• Champion safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
• Use data and KPIs to improve productivity, quality, and customer service
• Partner cross-functionally to solve operational challenges
• Step in to lead the facility in the absence of the DC Manager

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution operations experience
• 3+ years leading supervisors and large frontline times
• Experience in high-volume distribution or fulfillment operations
• Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with WMS and KPI-driven environments
• Lean or continuous improvement experience is a plus
