Sales Associates | $70,000-$100,000+ (Commission Based)
Guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make-an RV that helps them create lasting memories and new adventures.
You may be a great fit if you:
  • Have a background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role
  • Are outgoing, motivated, and comfortable connecting with customers
  • Have strong phone skills and are confident making calls, following up with leads, and building relationships
  • Have an active social media presence and are comfortable using social platforms to showcase inventory, engage potential customers, and generate interest
  • Enjoy working toward goals in a commission-based environment
  • Are comfortable using email and CRM tools to manage and follow up with customers
  • Communicate confidently and know how to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Have a passion for helping people find the right solution

RV sales experience is helpful, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and proven ability to connect with customers can be just as valuable.
