Head of Operations

We are seeking Head of Operations to drive business development, sales enablement, and marketing/branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development with partners and clients
• Lead event marketing at conferences and gatherings
• Work with Sales to create a healthy client and partnership pipeline
• Work with Marketing and Design for marketing and branding assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• At least 4 years of experience in the gaming industry
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about the gaming industry
