Covalent provides the industry-leading Unified API bringing visibility to billions of Web3 data points. Developers and analysts use Covalent to build exciting multi-chain applications like crypto wallets, NFT galleries, and investor dashboard tools utilizing data from 215 + blockchains. Covalent is trusted by a community of 40,000+ developers and powers data for 5,000+ applications, including 0x, Zerion, Rainbow Wallet, Rotki, Bitski, and many others.


Role Overview


We are looking for a DevRel Growth Manager to increase Covalent’s traction in each of our supported ecosystems. Covalent has indexed more chains than any other blockchain data solution on the market. These blockchains are our customers, and we deliver value to them as a critical part of their ecosystem’s infrastructure for developers. This role will collaborate with leading blockchains’ Ecosystem, DevRel, and Product teams to help them build best-in-class Web3 experiences while driving the adoption of Covalent’s products.


There are two outcomes this role will be focused on:

  1. Accelerating developer adoption of Covalent’s Unified API in the ecosystems we support. This is measured in credit consumption of our API.
  2. Growing our commercial results for indexing blockchain data. This will be executed through renewals, expansion, and new business for Indexing agreements. This will be measured in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).


Responsibilities


  • Work in collaboration with the blockchains Ecosystem and DevRel teams to execute on the planned activities to meet our mutual goals.
  • Engage with developer communities in all the ecosystems we support. We want to increase awareness of our solutions in these communities.
  • Share relevant insights with our Product team so we continue to help developers solve the latest crypto use cases.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of developers who regularly interact with and build using Covalent
  • Create product demos, tutorials, and other videos to help developers learn about and successfully use Covalent’s products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch new products and initiatives through developer communities
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews with our blockchain customers to review results and plan upcoming activities to increase developer activities. These activities will include workshops, hackathons, marketing of developer content, etc.


Requirements


  • Three or more years working in community programs for Developer Relations, Technical Community Management, or related positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at effectively communicating and connecting with others through written and verbal channels.


What We Offer


The expected base salary range for Canadian applicants for similar roles within Covalent is CAD 75,000 to CAD 150,000, as well as extended health and dental care, life insurance, performance incentives, education support, ESOP, and three weeks of vacation.
