🏗️ Commercial Superintendent | Ground-Up Commercial Projects | Dallas, TX

Blayze Group is partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor to appoint a Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects across Dallas and the surrounding areas.
The Role
- Lead daily field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, field teams, schedules, safety, quality, and site logistics
- Oversee project execution from site mobilization through closeout
- Coordinate trades, inspections, materials, deliveries, and day-to-day site activity
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documents
- Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving
- Maintain clear site documentation including daily reports, progress updates, safety records, and field coordination notes
- Drive quality control and ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
Background Sought
- Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Superintendent, or Lead Superintendent
- Strong ground-up commercial construction experience is essential
- Background coming up through the trades, ideally carpentry, framing, or field supervision
- Experience working for a commercial general contractor preferred
- Strong understanding of site sequencing, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control
- Able to manage projects independently and communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and trade partners
- Stable career history and a hands-on field-first approach
