Role needed to support the FAS DDI project & other multiple ongoing DDI projects

to process deliverables/tracking along with processing requests/deliverables for

changes to the MES System.

There is a need for a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to

support FAS DDI deliverables processing/tracking. Be able to process new requests

and deliverables for the MES System, design docs that come thru in a timely

manner, etc.; all deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs &

to PMs for next steps.

**100% remote from Day 1 - Must be willing to pick up equipment IN PERSON and

be available during regular working hours (M-F, 8:30 - 5 pm est)

ABOUT THE ROLE (*This is NOT an admin role).

For the FAS project there is a need for a full-time Business Analyst/Change

Management Analyst to support the FAS DDI deliverables processing and

approvals/rejections from FAS vendor and deliverables from all other MES vendors

impacted by FAS DDI to include quality of transfer, storage, and processing of

associated deliverables using version control to/from the MES vendors, internal

development teams, SMEs, and other contracted companies.

Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the

Change Management Office. Support processing of MES O&M

requests/deliverables.

This position is responsible for maintaining databases, tracking logs, and project

deliverable files; generating and/or posting recurring/ad-hoc status reports and

providing responses and data to project inquiries from management and staff. This

position assists and works closely with the Information Management and PMO

teams, DMAS SME community, along with the MES vendors.
