ENT Physician. Bitterroot Health - Hamilton, Montana
Bitterroot Health seeks an ENT Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered ENT program serving Ravalli County and surrounding rural communities. The provider will provide comprehensive Ear Nose and Throat services across the continuum, supported by a dedicated Team of health care professionals in both the clinic and surgery settings. This single provider ENT practice works collaboratively with fellow specialty providers in a growing, thriving community that fosters evidence-based practice to deliver high-quality, personalized treatment. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive ENT services with clinical autonomy, strong interdisciplinary support, and the ability to help shape program development.
Position Highlights:
  • Established and growing ENT Program-join a supportive, collaborative team committed to expanding comprehensive ENT services in a rural community setting

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Residency training in ENT
  • Board certified or board eligible in ENT
  • Active, unrestricted Montana medical license, or ability to obtain
  • Full prescriptive authority and active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration, or ability to obtain
  • Ability to successfully complete Bitterroot Health credentialing process
  • Desire to live and practice in a rural community with world-class outdoor recreation

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive ENT care for all ages.
  • Manage an efficient, independent outpatient and surgical practice using strong clinical judgment
  • Support program growth and service line development within a community hospital
  • Maintain compliance with ENT regulatory standards
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interdisciplinary teamwork, and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care for rural populations
