About the Position

Birdseye Pro Construction LLC is seeking a driven, professional, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced remodeling or construction sales professional who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and helping customers transform their homes through quality remodeling services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with customers in their homes, assessing their remodeling needs, presenting solutions, and closing projects. We provide qualified leads, while also encouraging sales professionals to generate their own business opportunities to maximize their earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling and construction projects.
• Build trust and develop strong customer relationships.
• Conduct consultations and evaluate customer needs.
• Present remodeling solutions and project proposals.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Close remodeling and construction projects.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Utilize company-provided leads while actively generating additional leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with project management and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Represent Birdseye Pro Construction LLC with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in remodeling, home improvement, or construction sales required.
• Proven ability to close remodeling or construction projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
