Are you passionate about cars and love helping people? Do you have a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Biggers Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and dealership promotions

  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits

  • Follow up with potential and previous customers to build relationships and close sales

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

  • Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented with a positive, team-player attitude

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
