Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Cash register and cash handling
• Assess values of collectibles with training and supervision as a team
• Assist Customers in selecting items
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in running in-store game events with software

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
• Able to follow set procedures with detail and precision
