Independent Contractor Delivery Driver (Cargo Van, Sprinter Van)

Monday–Friday Routes | No Weekends | No Earnings Cap

We're looking for dependable Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering office supplies. If you own a Cargo Van, Sprinter Van, and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday only
• Route loading: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
• Consistent weekday routes
• No weekend deliveries

Compensation

• Pay per piece delivered
• No earnings cap—the more you deliver, the more you earn

Route Details

• 20–40 stops per day on average( Deliver multiple packages per stop)
• 80–150 miles per day
• Local delivery routes
• Early morning loading between 7:00–8:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Deliver office supplies safely and on schedule.
• Provide outstanding customer service at each delivery.
• Follow assigned routes while complying with all traffic laws.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues.
• Assist with parcel scanning and package numbering when operational needs require.
• Work independently while managing your daily route efficiently.

Qualifications

• Cargo Van, Sprinter Van required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery or courier experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
