  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clarity and confidentiality in all records.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical competencies, integrating new approaches and staying current with emerging trends in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences while empowering them on their journey toward healing and recovery.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward client experiences and struggles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for effectively managing caseloads and maintaining necessary administrative tasks.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outpatient therapy, particularly with families and couples, is highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
  • Prior experience utilizing teletherapy platforms is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and credentials.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, retirement benefits, and additional perks to support your personal and professional wellness.
  • Access to training opportunities specifically related to addiction treatment and other areas of mental health care.
  • A collaborative workplace that prioritizes ongoing guidance and mentorship.
