Senior Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

bex is a digital logistics platform for the construction industry. We are active throughout Germany and are continuing on a growth and expansion course. If you want to be part of a dynamic company that is becoming the new standard for last-mile construction logistics, we need your support as a Senior Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d).

Several hundred customers from the construction industry already trust bex as a last-mile logistics solution. As part of the Operations Control Center (OCC) team, you will ensure that communication with our customers and users runs smoothly and help make customers enthusiastic bex fans.

Job Responsibilities

• Point of contact for customers for all inquiries from daily business
• Coordination of special customer requests and wishes
• Support of sales and dispatch in the clarification of customer inquiries
• Incident management and customer-oriented resolution of incidents
• Assistance in the development, optimization, and automation of processes with the introduction of your own ideas and experiences

Qualifications

• Completed training in logistics or equivalent studies
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, etc.
• Experience in companies from the construction or logistics industry is desirable
• Friendly, reliable manner and very good communication skills
• Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented and highly customer-oriented
• Fluent German in speech and writing, English skills desirable
