Work Environment

This role is conducted entirely remotely, utilizing a telehealth platform designed to facilitate seamless communication and therapy sessions with clients. Our telehealth system is equipped with the latest technology to ensure confidentiality and enhance patient engagement. As a member of our remote team, you will have the flexibility of a work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, allowing for an optimal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify specific psychological needs among elderly residents.
  • Provide tailored individual and group counseling sessions that effectively address the emotional challenges associated with aging, such as loneliness, depression, and anxiety.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized, comprehensive care plans that optimize the well-being of our geriatric clients.
  • Offer education and guidance to family members and caregivers regarding strategies to support their loved ones, enhancing their emotional health and quality of life.
  • Facilitate grief and loss counseling sessions for elderly clients and their families navigating end-of-life issues, providing a space for healing and reflection.
  • Design and implement cognitive stimulation programs and mental health interventions that foster mental acuity and engagement in older adults.
Patient Population / Client Focus
