About Us

Betstamp is the pricing intelligence layer for sports betting. We turn 200+ sportsbooks, exchanges, and prediction markets into one sharp, real-time view of fair value - for the sportsbooks that price against it, the bettors who bet with it, and the traders who move on it.

We launched in 2020, built by professional bettors who needed sharper tools than the market offered and won at scale using them. That same pricing now runs as infrastructure across the industry. Because it's still used to win real money, it can't drift - every model is backtested against years of closing lines and monitored continuously. What our customers run on is the pricing we stake our own edge on.

What We Build

One pricing engine, delivered three ways:

  • Sportsbooks and operators get fair-value pricing on player props, alternates, and ladders, correlation-aware same-game-parlay pricing, and a normalized real-time and historical feed that drops into their existing trading stack.
  • Professional bettors get Betstamp PRO, the professional odds screen - True Line pricing across 200+ books and real-time edge detection the moment a market is mispriced.
  • Prediction market traders get the raw feed by API: sub-second data on every market we cover, benchmarked against the full spread of books and exchanges.

About Us

Betstamp is a sports betting and gaming technology company. Since 2020, we've built the pricing intelligence layer for sports betting - and today we also operate a growing portfolio of consumer gaming brands, each with its own look, voice, and daily promotional calendar. That portfolio side is where this role lives.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a design intern to own the visual execution of our brand lifecycle marketing: the banners, email templates, and promotional flows that reach our players every single day. This is not a make-the-deck-pretty internship - your work ships daily, to real customers, across multiple brands, and you'll work directly with our Head of Retention. Real responsibility from day 1, and a genuine shot at a longer-term role for the right person.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain professional-grade HTML email templates for each of our brands - pixel-clean, on-brand, and rendering correctly across clients
  • Make sure every offer, every day, has a banner - and that AI-generated email copy matches the creative it ships with
  • Build promotional flows through our internal Promo Factory tooling, and log the improvements and issues you hit - your notes directly shape the tool
  • Set up new lifecycle flows for new brands and execute the A/B tests our retention lead designs
  • Pick up the odd design task that comes with a fast-moving team - variety is part of the deal
What Makes a Successful Candidate
  • A portfolio that shows craft: layout, typography, and brand consistency under real constraints
  • Working HTML/CSS for email - you can build a template, not just mock one up (this is the bar; tell us about it in your application)
  • Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • Comfortable working alongside AI tools - much of our copy is AI-generated and your job includes making sure it ships looking intentional
  • Detail-obsessed: daily promotional cadence means small misses are visible immediately
  • Able to work independently, take feedback, and manage a daily checklist without being chased
Compensation & Logistics
  • $20/hour, ~35 hours/week
  • Hybrid - based out of our downtown Toronto office
  • 4-month initial term with a real path to extension or a permanent role as the team grows

The Process

Portfolio review short video questions on your schedule (~10 minutes, 6 questions) a paid test task (build one email template from a brand kit - a couple of hours, also on your schedule) 30-minute conversation with the team offer. Weeks, not months.
