• Answered phone calls, and provided price quotes and other information.
• Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock or shop materials needing immediate attention.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders-_invoice
• Keep orderly records of all repair orders, purchase orders, and special order parts.
• Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
• Maintains professional appearance.
