The Water/Mold Technician plays a critical role in assessing and mitigating water and mold damage in residential and commercial properties. Working primarily within small specialized teams, and sometimes as an individual contributor, this role involves daily travel to 1-2 job sites where the technician applies standard remediation tools and techniques to restore affected environments effectively. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential to ensure safety and customer satisfaction throughout the remediation process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct water damage assessments to determine the extent of damage.
• Set up containment areas to prevent cross-contamination during remediation.
• Measure moisture levels using specialized equipment for accurate evaluation.
• Perform mold and water damage remediation according to established procedures.
