  • Review submittals, respond to project questions, and support construction administration
  • Balance design quality with technical requirements, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
  • Work independently while collaborating with project teams of approximately two to eight people
  • Contribute to a supportive studio culture focused on design excellence and professional growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of professional interior design experience
  • Previous healthcare design experience required
  • Strong technical interior design and documentation skills
  • Experience contributing to or managing projects through all phases
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
  • Understanding of accessibility standards, building codes, and healthcare design requirements
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently while knowing when to engage the wider project team
  • NCIDQ certification is a plus but is not required
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant professional and technical interior design work

Professional Development

The firm is highly committed to investing in its employees. Candidates pursuing NCIDQ certification or other professional credentials will receive support throughout the process. Employees who are already certified are also encouraged and supported in expanding their expertise, pursuing additional credentials, and continuing their professional development.

Why Join?

  • Employee-owned company culture
  • Integrated project delivery with exposure to the full project lifecycle
  • Supportive project teams typically consisting of two to eight people

  • Investment in NCIDQ certification, continued education, and professional development
  • Access to multidisciplinary teams and a national design practice
  • Opportunity to design meaningful and technically complex healthcare environments
