Berrong Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This is not just a front desk or data entry role-this is a career development opportunity designed to grow into a licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager position within our agency.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients while supporting our service team with administrative and data entry tasks. As you gain experience, you will be trained in insurance products, client service workflows, and policy management, with the goal of transitioning into a Commercial Lines Account Manager role.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team members
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming first impression
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain client and policy information in our agency management system
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers and Producers
  • Assist with processing policy changes, documentation, and client requests
  • Learn insurance coverages, terminology, and service workflows over time
  • Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and timely communication
Growth Opportunity:
This position is designed as a pathway into a Commercial Lines Account Manager role. As a Client Services Associate, you will:

Qualifications:
