Performance Coach / Personal Trainer
Full-Time or Part-Time | Growth Opportunity | Performance + Wellness + Longevity

Berman Health Club is a rapidly growing performance, recovery, and longevity company helping adults 50+ move better, feel better, and stay active for life - without relying on surgery, injections, or pain pills.

We are looking for a high-energy Performance Coach / Personal Trainer who wants to be part of a company that is redefining healthcare, fitness, and longevity in Southwest Florida.
This is NOT a "walk around the gym counting reps" type of job.

Who You'll Work With
You'll work directly alongside:
  • Physical therapists

  • Golf and pickleball athletes

You'll help clients:

  • Perform at a higher level in golf, pickleball, and life
What We're Looking For

Qualifications
  • Personal training, strength coaching, or performance coaching experience preferred
  • NASM, CSCS, ACE, ISSA, or similar certifications are a plus
  • Experience working with active adults or athletes is a plus
  • Athletic Trainer (ATC) background is welcomed but not required
  • New graduates and motivated coaches are welcome to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
  • Competitive base salary: $50,000-$70,000+ depending on experience
