  • Prepare, negotiate, and process change orders and contract modifications.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings, providing progress updates and documenting action items.

  • Monitor fabrication progress and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate deliveries and erection schedules with field superintendents and customers.
  • Work closely with shop personnel and field crews to resolve project issues and maintain productivity.
  • Visit project sites as necessary to monitor progress, assist with coordination, and resolve field issues.

Cost Management

  • Prepare pricing for change orders and additional work.
  • Assist in evaluating subcontractor and supplier proposals.
  • Review vendor invoices and subcontractor billings for accuracy.

  • Assist with quality inspections, project documentation, and final closeout requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Three (3) to seven (7) years of experience in structural steel fabrication, miscellaneous metals, or commercial construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
