Role Description

The TikTok Streamer is a full-time, on-site role based in La Verne, CA, with flexible scheduling available. Full-time availability is preferred, but we are open to working with candidates who require a more flexible schedule, including students balancing school and work.

This role is responsible for hosting engaging TikTok Live streams and creating short-form video content to showcase products, answer viewer questions, and drive audience engagement and sales. Daily responsibilities include presenting products on camera, interacting with viewers in real time, keeping live sessions entertaining and energetic, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to support current promotions and company goals.

The TikTok Streamer will also help grow the company’s TikTok presence by experimenting with new content ideas, staying up to date on TikTok trends, and developing an authentic connection with the audience. The role may involve reviewing basic performance analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and occasionally assisting with in-store events or merchandising to create content and strengthen the brand’s online presence.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable thinking on your feet and interacting with viewers in real time.

• Interest in TikTok, social media, livestreaming, and current content trends.

• Ability to create engaging short-form content; experience with filming, lighting, or editing is a plus.

• Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content creation for brand growth.

• Strong organizational skills, including time management, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

• Customer-service mindset with the ability to respond to viewer questions and feedback in a helpful and brand-aligned manner.

• Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week.

• Full-time availability is preferred, but scheduling can be flexible based on the candidate’s availability.

• Students are encouraged to apply, and schedules can be structured around school commitments when possible.

• Prior experience in retail, content creation, TikTok, livestreaming, hosting, sales, or social media is preferred but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is a plus.

• Must be 18 years or older.
