As an experienced Automotive Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping our friendly neighbors make one of the most important purchases of their lives—while growing your career and income alongside a supportive, fast-paced team. We recognize the value of seasoned professionals and offer a market-leading compensation package of $7,500 - $15,000 per month in commission potential, reflecting your dedication and success. With our unique Benoit Care program, including 3 years of complimentary oil changes, our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, and fleet of Courtesy Transportation vehicles you’ll have the edge to cultivate lasting customer loyalty in this welcoming small-town atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers with genuine friendliness and professionalism, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to final purchase.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of the Ford product lineup and the exclusive Benoit Care program to confidently address customer needs and showcase vehicle benefits.
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships by following up with leads and past customers, creating a loyal clientele who return again and again.
  • Collaborate effectively with our Finance and Service teams to deliver an exceptional, seamless customer experience at every stage.
  • Use our CRM tools diligently to manage leads and ensure no opportunity is overlooked.
  • Offer test drives and thoughtfully advise customers on optional equipment and vehicle features tailored to their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven automotive sales experience with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with an ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and a true team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to commute to our Farmerville location.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
