Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude, delivering enthusiastic and loving service
• Accurately take orders at the front counter and drive-thru, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Process payments quickly and correctly using cash, card, and digital methods
• Package food and drinks according to Popeyes’ high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, front counter, and guest areas
• Support team efforts by working multiple front-of-house stations as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant safety procedures diligently

Ideal Candidate Qualities

• Friendly, dependable, and guest-focused with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic restaurant environment
• Eager to learn and adaptable to working various stations
• Reliable with punctual attendance and able to stand and move throughout shifts
• Capable of lifting up to 15 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Eligible to work in the United States and meets minimum age requirements
