 What You’ll Do

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone, in-person, and digital platforms
  • Use social media and modern tools to connect with clients and build relationships
  • Educate customers on insurance and financial protection, especially younger demographics
  • Identify needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Leverage modern sales techniques to meet and exceed goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Build your personal brand through networking and community events
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up with care
Who We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
  • Motivated, people-oriented, and interested in improving skill set
  • Strong communication skills, especially in digital spaces

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
  • Sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a sales career
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance license
  •  Training and signing bonus up to $1,000 provided
