Beloved Weddings is seeking a highly professional, emotionally intelligent, and service-driven Event Service Coordinator to support our couples after booking and help guide them through the planning experience with excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in hospitality and events, and can beautifully balance warmth, professionalism, structure, and grace — especially during challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support booked couples or clients (other social events) throughout the planning process

• Assist clients with adding services, upgrades, and vendor coordination

• Maintain excellent communication and follow-up

• Help manage expectations, timelines, and planning procedures

• Address client concerns professionally and proactively

• Coordinate internally with planning and sales teams

• Attend occasional meetings, tours, or wedding-related appointments

• Help create a calm, polished, and organized client experience

Qualifications

• Experience in weddings (strog plus), hospitality, event coordination, or client management preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations

• Positive, solution-oriented attitude

• Spanish speaking is a strong plus

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

• Flexibility to work occasional weekends assisting with events

• A unique balance of kindness, professionalism, confidence, and resilience — someone who can navigate sensitive situations gracefully while remaining calm, solution-focused, and firm when needed

Position Details

• Part-Time

• Hybrid Remote/In-Person

• Flexible scheduling depending on meetings and events

• Based in North San Diego County preferred

• Compensation $22/hour
