Position Summary:
Belle Air is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. The HVAC Installer is responsible for performing high-quality residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system installations while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and industry standards.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities:
Belle Air is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. The HVAC Installer is responsible for performing high-quality residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system installations while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and industry standards.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- Install residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, controls, and related components.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations efficiently and with quality workmanship.
- Follow job specifications, blueprints, and supervisor instructions to ensure accurate installations.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners to answer questions and address concerns during the installation process.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Safely operate a company vehicle to travel to customer homes and job sites.
- Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of environments and weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
