JOB Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to our goal of delivering a pristine environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle floor care duties such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Be able to complete such tasks in the time aloud, must be able to work fast, have stamina To service Multiple houses daily.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred. Must know the basics, this is not the same as a home care position.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently While keeping up in a fast paced enviornment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Must speak English fluently and speak in a professional manner with coworkers and clients.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently without supervision.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require lifting or moving items, bending, kneeling, standing for long periods, moving in tight spaces.
• Must have a reliable car and cell phone with data and gps.
