Job Summary:
Bel is a company on a Mission, built on 160 years of bold innovation and family values. The Senior Sales Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and optimize sales performance across the Cheese and SqueeZ business units.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain Power BI dashboards, Review Daily Sales Reports (DSR), track promotions (LTO), and consolidate financial reports across Cheese and SqueeZ.
• Support sales planning, tracking, demand forecasting, and manage trade spend tools like TVAT and Collaboration Forecasting Files.
• Partner with stakeholders (RSMs) on rebate/event input, manage deductions/promotions, and validate trade investments.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis, such as pricing, assortment, ROI measurement, and post-promotional evaluations.
• Work with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align initiatives and support better decision making.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow enhancements for reporting and financial activities.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting with AFS Telus and Xtel, while maintaining compliance in trade investment processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in sales analytics, ideally in CPG or within Away From Home (Foodservice) channel.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator skilled at presenting data clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaborator, able to inspire and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Preferred:
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
