Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Nevada, Utah, or Remote (Travel Required)

Position Summary

BeeEnergy Inc. (BEI) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of strategic energy infrastructure projects, including solar installations, mobile energy systems, data center deployments, advanced energy technologies, and commercial customer implementations.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from initial customer engagement through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing, customer acceptance, and operational turnover. This executive-level position serves as the primary liaison between executive leadership, engineering, construction, customers, strategic partners, subcontractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, financial acumen, and extensive experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously within the renewable energy, construction, utilities, electrical, technology, or infrastructure industries.


Primary Responsibilities

Executive Project Leadership

  • Lead multiple high-value projects simultaneously
  • Develop comprehensive project execution strategies
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
  • Establish project governance and reporting standards
  • Ensure alignment with corporate strategic objectives
  • Present executive project updates to senior leadership
  • Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining customer satisfaction


Project Planning

Develop and maintain:

  • Project Charter
  • Project Management Plan
  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Risk Register
  • Communications Plan
  • Procurement Plan
  • Resource Plan
  • Quality Management Plan
  • Commissioning Plan
  • Lessons Learned Documentation


Engineering Coordination

Coordinate with:

  • Software Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Solar Engineering
  • Construction Engineering
  • Product Development
  • R&D
  • System Integration

Ensure engineering deliverables support project schedules and customer requirements.


Construction & Deployment

Oversee:

  • Site readiness
  • Civil construction
  • Electrical installation
  • Solar installation
  • Equipment delivery
  • Commissioning
  • Acceptance testing
  • Safety compliance
  • Quality inspections
  • Customer turnover

Coordinate field operations across multiple geographic locations.


Customer Management

Serve as the primary customer representative by:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction


Financial Management

Responsible for:

Work closely with Procurement and Finance.

Identify and mitigate:

Develop contingency plans for critical path activities.


Leadership Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience
  • 5+ years leading large commercial or utility-scale projects
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong financial and contract management skills
  • Experience with EPC or Design-Build projects preferred
  • Renewable Energy or Solar experience highly desired
  • Data Center or Critical Infrastructure experience preferred
