Beavers Plumbing

Beavers Plumbing is hiring an experienced Washington State PL01 journey-level plumber to join our growing team in Snohomish and King County. This is a lead role for someone who wants to help build a strong plumbing company, run clean work, and grow with us over the long haul.

What you'll do:

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
• Diagnose issues and give customers clear, honest options
• Lead, train, and mentor apprentices and PL02 plumbers
• Hold the crew to high standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Represent Beavers Plumbing well on every call

What you need:

• Active Washington State PL01 certification
• Residential service, repair, and installation experience
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to lead, train, and maintain high-quality standards
• Interest in a long-term leadership opportunity

Compensation and benefits:

• $65 to $85+/hour DOE
