Responsibilities

• Install and repair storefront glazing, windows, doors, and automotive glass
• Measure, cut, and fit glass to specifications accurately
• Perform door maintenance  tasks
• Handle materials safely and efficiently at job sites
• Use glazing tools and equipment proficiently
• Deliver high-quality customer service at every project
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
• Travel locally between residential and commercial job sites

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license for local travel is required
• Proficiency in glass cutting, measuring, and layout
• Experience using glazing tools
• Strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina necessary for manual labor
• Strong attention to detail
• Carpentry skills
