QXO is the fastest growing company in the $800 billion building products distribution industry and plans to become the tech‑enabled leader by delivering best‑in‑class customer satisfaction and outsized returns for its shareholders. The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenues within the next decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Manager – Technical, you will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap for eCommerce features. You will shape product strategy while working with engineering, UX, and applied science teams to deliver features that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. This includes leveraging autonomous agents and machine learning to improve customer journeys and automating decision‑making. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to define features, working across teams on complex, distributed systems that power the end‑to‑end digital commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch new products and features
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and business impact for eCommerce experiences.
  • Own features and services from design through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, data science, and business) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions and support the long‑term strategy.
  • Drive the prioritization and roadmap of platform capabilities — including customer account services, order lifecycle, content and product catalog, and personalization infrastructure.
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and ensure delivery of high‑performance, resilient, and scalable systems.
  • Leverage experimentation and data to define the success metrics for features and uncover trends and patterns.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 6 years of Technical Product Management experience.
  • 3 years of experience successfully taking technical products from conception through engineering design to launch and scale.
  • Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to define and deliver features.
  • Demonstrated experience driving ‘build vs. buy’ decisions and partnering with third‑party vendors and platforms.
  • Ability to make feature roadmap tradeoffs.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Experience with customer‑facing technical products or online services.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
  • 5 years of experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in one or more of: Marketing Tech, Pricing, Sales Enablement, or AdTech.
  • Experience building customer facing e‑retail or B2B services/products.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Experience with content management, personalization systems, or recommendation engines.
  • Exposure to experimentation platforms and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with machine learning or applied science teams.
What you'll earn
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • PTO, company holidays, and parental leave
  • Paid training and certifications
  • Legal assistance and identity protection
  • Pet insurance
  • Employee assistance program (EAP)
